Back from the center. Glad I didn't wear any of my trench coats and jackets. The air was nice and cool, but it was the kind of climate that left you drenched with sweat after a few minutes' brisk walking.
Bought that pair of lanterns I'd always wanted. The young salesman who assisted me recognized me from a previous purchase I made two months back. He stayed with me all the way: to the cashier (where most salesmen conveniently leave you after checking in their merit points) and when I window-shopped while waiting for my items to be tissue-wrapped, bubble-wrapped, and boxed. He went out of his way to check out prices in a display window for me, then walked back with me to the claim counter and offered to walk me to the parking lot. I said that I don't drive a car, thanked him, and had to leave him there.
Such dedication.
