Be an artist, but do not be a production person.

A production person:

--Has no sense of urgency.
--Does not follow deadlines.
--Thinks of himself as being above others.
--Serves only himself and not others.
--Is not original, and copies the work of others.
--Talks more than he acts.
--Is slothful and relies on sparks of inspiration to move him to action.
--Takes home office supplies.
--Mooches.
--Rationalizes and even lies.
