To Creatures Of Habit

Most people associate the word "habit" with vices such as drinking and smoking. It most applies, however, to doing things that we think are safe, "recreational", and good for us.

Once in a while stop and ask yourself why you are doing what you are doing and how it really benefits you other than filling your spare time.

Why are you engaging in activities that keep you moving like a dog chasing its tail?

Why are you hanging out with useless people?

Why are you spending more money than what you are earning?

Sometimes you need to shift to doing things that are actually productive and beneficial. That is the essence of "moving on".
