"Mga" already renders the noun that follows it a plural. If you spell out the noun as a plural, it ends up as a double plural.

Also correct: "commuters at drivers..."
There is no "mga", and so the pluralization of the nouns is correct.

Right: "Sa lahat ng nakikinig..."
