If you haven't had coffee bread a.k.a pan de kape, come to the Sitio Catacutan Bakery beside our house and try some. It's soft bread topped with coffee syrup, and is really heavenly. Meant to be dunked in your coffee or tea and for you to go piggy when no one's looking.
