Here are important pieces of advice I always give the Spirit Questors:

1) When someone claims that their house is haunted, do not conduct a seance immediately. Nine times out of ten, people see "ghosts" because they are deeply and subconsciously unhappy in the places they live in.

2) And when you yourself see ghosts, do a double take. Maybe a triple take. Nine times out of ten, it is because you deeply and subconsciously wish to see ghosts.
