Last night watched The Skeleton Key on DIVA. The subject matter was interesting but revealed only that the writer and director knew nothing about it. Moreover, it had a let-down, 1970s, ending, the kind that ensures that no one will want to watch succeeding replays.

The lesson: Never write about anything you really know nothing about.
